Approach

We draw from a long history of first-hand experience developing and executing innovative, co-created projects that build effective strategic initiatives.

Though our main product is thinking and strategy…

Intelligent Future importantly provides a skilled approach to unmasking hidden truths and revealing key opportunities.

We do this by designing and deploying the right insight tool for the question and audience.  Examples of the tools we have extensive experience with are:

  • Transformation – When you are ready to take your institution to the next level and remove blockages to success we are here to help.
  • Advanced Qualitative Methods – Utilizing a deep toolkit of interview, group, and ethnographic methodologies.
  • Biometric Measurement  – As a means to explore response and context in an interactive and less conscious mode
  • Machine-based Tests – UX, gamification of tasks, Web site usability, corporate intranets, new product testing (i.e., devices, hardware/software and a wide variety of consumer goods), survey modeling and analysis.
  • Design Thinking / Innovation -The concepts associated with design thinking inform all of our work on some level. However, we are most proud of the service design and product design initiatives clients have entrusted to our care.
  • VR (virtual reality and augmented reality) – To open up diverse geographic audience groups, conduct sensitive topic discussions, perform real-time visualization exercises. We have found VR tools to be most helpful to simulate, test and iterate environmental changes.
  • Online Research – Longitudinal immersive protocols, Remote UX, Bulletin boards, live online focus groups, journal projects, asynchronous groups, distributed interviews studies
  • In-Depth Interviews – Product tests, concept generation, mobile-ethnography, real-life investigations, psychographic/psychometric interviewing techniques
  • Geographically Dispersed synchronous sessions – Including full and small-group sessions, dyads and triads, qualitative exploratory, product design/positioning, site development and research testing communication strategies (Print, TV, and Internet)
  • Cognitive Evocation Software – Designed to emulate explicit and implicit input derived from elements and properties of brand interactions – Tools are used to define the layers that are accessed during category and brand engagement. These can be reconstructed in both virtual and real-life simulated environments
